Overview

This is an honest parking lot, not a campsite, and it is listed as one. The surface is old asphalt with a slight fall toward the road; the northern half is level enough for most vans. An attendant is present from roughly 08:00 to 22:00 and charges per night in cash.

There is a cold rinse shower at the beach entrance and public toilets that are clean in season and locked out of it. No water refill, no waste disposal, no electricity — the nearest service point is 9 km north at the marina.

In July and August this lot fills with day visitors and overnight stays are not tolerated. From late September through May it is quiet, and the sunsets are the reason people come back.

Private land with permission. Ask the owner before you stay. Permission is personal, not automatic.

Directions and road access

Signposted off the Durrës–Golem coastal road at the third roundabout. Height barrier at the northern entrance is 2.9 m — use the southern entrance for anything taller.

Access difficulty: Easy — any vehicle

  • No awnings, chairs or tables outside the vehicle — this is a car park.
  • No overnight stays 1 July – 31 August.

    Exactly what it says. Five euro, guy comes round at nine, sea is right there. Do not expect a campsite and you will be happy.
