Help & FAQ
- Does Kamping take a commission on bookings?
- No. Kamping is a directory, not a booking platform. You pay for visibility on a flat annual plan, and every booking you receive is yours in full.
- What happens to my free listing if I stop paying?
- It reverts to the Basic plan. Your place stays on the map with a basic description and up to five photos — you simply lose the verified badge, the extra photos and the priority placement.
- Can I list more than one property?
- Yes. Each property is its own listing and its own plan, but groups of three or more should talk to us about the Partner plan.
- Is Kamping Manager included in these plans?
- No. Kamping Manager is a separate product with its own per-property pricing. The Partner plan includes support for connecting the two.
- Are these prices final?
- No — these are initial suggested plans for launch. Final pricing will be confirmed before general availability, and anyone who joins early keeps the rate they signed up at for the first year.
